I am in no way affiliated with Hukot.cz but I have been a customer of theirs for 1 month. This server was benchmarked and reviewed whilst it was not in production. Therefore it should be noted that the below results are of a server currently being not used.

Introduction:
Hukot.cz is offering 6 different types of XEN/ KVM based Virtual Private Servers. Their VPSs are located in Central Europe in Prague and in their datacenter located in Ceska Trebova.
The cheapest server "Na kukačku" costs 2.92 € per month and is offering:
- 5 GB
- 256 MB RAM (fully reserved)
- CPU XEON E5/E3 / Opteron 6200/6300 (1 x core)
- 1 Gbps connectivity
- unlimited data transfer
- 24/7 Support
- full root or managed
- KVM / VNC Console
I bought the "Sexíček" server with 512 MB RAM and 10 GB HDD, with unlimited data transfer.
First Start & Support & Communication
Its important to mention, that no OS is preinstalled. That might be confusing for beginners and therefore I would recommend this service only for advanced linux users.
I got the login access information within minutes. They include the following information:
"Your virtual server has been succesfully created:
Hostname: xxxxx
DNS name: xxx.hukot.net
IPv4 address: 46.36.37.xx
IPv4 gateway: 46.36.37.1
DNS servers: 46.36.35.65 and 8.8.8.8"
You have to set the IP manually. You will get the access data to their KVM/VNC console at:
https://admin.hukot.net
It looks like this:
With a click on the CD Icon you can select a predefined list of OS Images.
It includes all important Linux distributions and even Windows images. If you want to install your own OS, you can upload it to them by "Upload own ISO".
After you mounted the given ISO, you can open the VNC Console (by clicking on the terminal icon) and after a reboot install your OS by your own.
For me this was quite easy, I like this feature very much, because you can modify your installation as you want. Therefore I can recommend Hukot.cz very much to advanced Linux users as well.
After you installed your system (don't forget to set the IP etc. manually), you can login with root password.
I didn't contact the support yet. In the first month I only received an e-mail that they want to change their company name.
Their webpage is except for some parts in English available.
Hardware Information
Like I mentioned above, I received according to their sale webpage a 512 MB RAM system, with a 5GB HDD, and a CPU XEON E5/E3 / Opteron 6200/6300.
# I will contact them in order to know more about their nodes.

Traceroute and Ping are quite normal. I will contact the support in order to understand why the speed outside of Czech Republic is so bad.
Conclusion:
Hukot.cz are offering very cheap VPSs. It's an amazing price looking at the fact that you get a XEN/KVM system. I very like the VNC console as well. The server was always reachable, but the network speed doesn't look that good, even if it were a 100Mbit line. I can only recommend their service to advanced users.
